Is there a physical retail store?

No. We operate as an online retail store.

Are all the products in one location?

No. Locations of the products vary: USA, China, Turkey, India. New location may be added by us at any time.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free on almost all of the products within USA and abroad. On some products, there might be a shipping charge, especially out of USA. - Read description.

Is international shipping available?

Yes. Shipping is available for many products outside of USA. While some products can be delivered for free, on others shipping charge may apply. - See description. Many of the products are being delivered for free globally.

How fast is delivery?

Fast delivery to USA:

if you are in a USA zone, products that are located in the USA, may arrive to you within 2-12 business days.
if you are outside of USA, products that are located in the USA, may arrive to you within 10-30 business days or more.
if you are in a USA zone, products that are located outside of the USA, may arrive to you within 10-30 business days.
if you are outside of USA, products that are located outside of the USA, may arrive to you within 10-30 business days or more.

What is the return policy?

If for any reason you are not in love with your gift, you have 30 days to return it in original condition, w/ original packaging, and w/ original tags (no exception). For some products, return policy of 14 days is applicable. See description.

All return shipping costs is the customer’s responsibility.

For your protection, all returns above $75 must be shipped with a tracking number.

If I love the item but I cannot afford it, can I contact you?

Yes. We are flexible with pricing. Feel free to outreach us if necessary with your best offer. - We will review your request and will do our best to satisfy you.

Is there an offer for wholesale purchases?

Yes. Many of the products are available and can be sold at a wholesale price. Minimum wholesale order is $500.00 + shipping fee. If interested, contact us with your details to get an offer. All wholesale products can be exchanged only & returns will be accepted only if any of the items were damaged while in transition via mail to you. Request for return or exchange must be submitted via email within 48 hours of receipt. You will receive a return authorization with details for return within 48 hours excluding holidays and weekends.

I did not receive my order confirmation email. Can you resend it to me?

Yes. While all order confirmation emails are sent to you automatically, please inform about issue via email, and a copy of your order confirmation will be forwarded to your email address that has been registered on this web.

Will I pay sales tax on my order?

Customers shipping to NY pay local sales tax.

How often do you add new products to your website?

Products are added monthly. Check often to browse new collections.

I cannot find the product I wanted to buy. Where is it? Can you help me?

Many products that are sold, are taken out from the system. Check out our new products or send us a picture via email what product you want to buy so we could offer a match product to you.

I cannot find answer to my question, can I contact you?

Yes. Send your question via email, and you will be contacted back within 12 hours excluding weekend and holidays.
