Your can return your product(s) in original and never used condition. Always include original packaging and original tags.

You are responsible to pay shipping charges for return. We always recommend tracking number for all the products above $75. We are not responsible for any loss by post office if we do not receive an item back. It will be your responsibility to resolve the matter with the post office to get your money back. 

We will pay for return if: 

- item received is not the same as described in the listing 

- item has been damaged while in transition by mail to you

- item is of poor quality & you are not satisfied with it

* picture of an item will be required to be emailed to us

Always return the product(s) within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days no products will be accepted back. In some cases, return within 14 days is required. Read description.

To start a return process, please obtain a return authorization from us along with instructions where to drop off the product(s) to us.

When your return is received, it will be inspected.
